Bryce Dallas Howard
Founder | Director, Actor, Educator & Speaker
Bryce Dallas Howard is a multi-hyphenate creator who continues to work both on-screen and behind the camera. As an actor, Howard is known for Universal’s Jurassic World franchise, Rocketman, Black Mirror (“Nosedive”), and HBO’s As You Like It, for which she earned a Golden Globe nomination. She currently stars in Matthew Vaughn’s latest spy thriller Argylle.
As a filmmaker, Howard directed on several live-action Star Wars series including The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and the upcoming series Skeleton Crew. (Her behind-the-scenes work is available on Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian.) Howard also directed and produced the feature documentary DADS for AppleTV+ and is set to direct the Flight of the Navigator remake for Disney.
Her love of storytelling has led her to create Nine Muses Entertainment and the Nine Muses Lab as part of the faculty at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Nia Farrell
Director, Development & Production
Nia Farrell (she/ they) is the Director of Development & Production at Nine Muses Entertainment, supporting its slate of projects, co-facilitating the company’s emerging artist programming, and managing the social media channels.
A member of the first Nine Muses Lab cohort at NYU, Nia has since gone on to support Bryce Dallas Howard on the live-action Star Wars series The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Skeleton Crew (Disney+). She is also a co-producer on the upcoming documentary Pets (Disney+), directed by Howard and produced by Imagine Documentaries. In 2021, Nia joined Bryce and Rachel Friedman in the SXSW EDU panel “Creating Curricular Partnerships: Nine Muses Lab.”
In addition to their work with Nine Muses, Nia makes work with Talia Paulette Oliveras as “Ta-Nia.” As a theatre-making duo, they have collaborated with and/ or presented work in New York City at Playwrights Realm, Soho Rep, National Black Theatre, and Ars Nova, and internationally at Theatertreffen Stückemarkt, Schauspiel Dortmund, and Hessische Landestheater Marburg.
